This third volume covers such areas as the 1980 Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), the ICC Incoterms 2000 as well as the ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 500) and the ICC Uniform Rules for Collections (URC 522). Various authors such as Klaus Peter Berger provide the insight on the art of negotiating and drafting export and import contracts. Other author contributors are Vikki Rogers, Franco Ferrari, Pilar Perales Viscasillas, Burghard Piltz and Friedrich Blase covering virtually all aspects of export and import transactions.
