To permit certain aliens to operate radio stations : hearing before the Communications Subcommittee of the Committee on Commerce, United States Senate, Ninety-first Congress, second session : S. 1466, to amend the Communications Act of 1934 to provide that certain aliens admitted to the United States for permanent residence shall be eligible to operate amateur radio stations in the United States and to hold licenses for their stations, October 8, 1970.
