H.R. 4007 and S. 1379, the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act : hearing before the Subcommittee on Government Management, Information, and Technology of the Committee on Government Reform and Oversight, House of Representatives, One Hundred Fifth Congress, second session on H.R. 4007 and S. 1379, to amend section 552 of Title 5, United States Code, and the National Security Act of 1947 to require disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act regarding certain persons, disclose Nazi war criminal records without impairing any investigations or prosecution conducted by the Department of Justice or certain intelligence matters, and for other purposes, July 14, 1998.
