The Family Friendly Workplace Act : hearing before the Subcommittee on Employment and Training of the Committee on Labor and Human Resources, United States Senate, One Hundred Fifth Congress, first session on S. 4, to amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide to private sector employees the same opportunities for time-and-a-half compensation time off, biweekly work programs, and flexible credit hour programs as federal employees currently enjoy to help balance the demands and needs of work and family, to clarify the provisions relating to exemptions of certain professionals from the minimum wage and overtime requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, February 13, 1997.
