Amend the Bank Secrecy Act : hearings before the Subcommittee on Financial Institutions of the Committee on Banking and Currency, Unites State Senate, Ninety-second Congress, second session, on S. 3814, to amend Public Law 91-508 to prescribe procedures pertaining to the disclosure of certain financial information by financial institutions to state and federal governmental departments and agencies, and for other purposes : S. 3828, to protect the constitutional rights of citizens of the United States and to prevent unwarranted invasions of privacy by prescribing procedures and standards governing the disclosure of information to government agencies, August 11 and 14, 1972.
