Freedom from Government Competition Act of 1983 : hearing before the Committee on Governmental Affairs, United States Senate, Ninety-eighth Congress, second session, on S. 1746, to require that the federal government procure from the private sector of the economy the goods and services necessary for the operations and management of certain government agencies and that the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and the Comptroller General of the United States identify the activities of the federal government to produce, manufacture, or otherwise provide goods and services which should be provided by the private sector and prepare a schedule for transferring such activities to the private section, April 11, 1984.
