To amend the Clayton Act : hearing before the Committee on the Judiciary, House of Representatives, Seventy-fourth Congress, first session on H.R. 8442, H.R. 4995, H.R. 5062, making it unlawful for any person engaged in commerce to discriminate in price or terms of sale between purchasers of commodities of like grade and quality, to prohibit the payment of brokerage or commission under certain conditions, to suppress pseudo advertising allowances, to provide a presumptive measure of damages in certain cases and to protect the independent merchant, the public whom he serves, and the manufacturer from whom he buys, from exploitation by unfair competitors.
