A treatise of frauds, covins, and collusions : wherein is treated, of fraudulent conveyances to defraud creditors and purchasers, by fraudulent mortgages, marriage agreements, last wills, assignments in contracts, by false affirmations, counterfeits, gaming, in suits at law, in attornies, officers, bankrupts, &c., what conveyances shall be said fraudulent or not, in respect of consideration or revocation, statutes of 13 Eliz. and 27 Eliz. explained, actions for fraud and covin, how to be laid, declarations, pleadings, where fraud may be pleaded, and where it may be given in evidence, where it may be averred, where fraud shall not be intended if it be not found ; and where it shall be intended, though it is not found, tryal and verdict, indictments, informations, and precedents : all illustrated and explained in several adjudged cases under each proper title, at common law, and Court of Equity : to which is added, an abstract of the Act of the 8th of Q. Anne, against frauds committed by tenants.
