To bar social security benefit payments to criminally insane individuals confined to public institutions by court order : hearing before the Subcommittee on Social Security of the Committee on Ways and Means, House of Representatives, One Hundred Third Congress, first session on H.R. 979, to amend Title II of the Social Security Act to expand current restrictions on payment of benefits to prisoners to include payments of individuals confined to public institutions pursuant to court order based on a verdict that the individual is not guilty of a criminal offense by reason of insanity or a similar finding, September 21, 1993.
