Outer continental shelf oil and gas development : hearings before the Subcommittee on Minerals, Materials and Fuels of the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs, United States Senate, Ninety-third Congress, second session on S. 3221, to increase the supply of energy in the United States from the outer continental shelf; to amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act; and for other purposes : S. 2389, to authorize certain revenues from leases on the outer continental shelf to be made available to coastal and other states : S. 2672, to create a marine resources conservation and development fund; to provide for the distribution of revenues from outer continental shelf lands and for other purposes : S. 2858, to amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act for the purpose of increasing the safety of offshore drilling and production : S. 2922, to amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act in order to conduct a comprehensive study of the outer continental shelf, to promote the development of outer continental shelf oil and gas resources, to provide for protection of the environment, to promote competition in the production of oil and gas from the outer continental shelf, to authorize the payment of a portion of the revenue under the act to the coastal states, and for other purposes : S. 3185, to amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act with respect to payments to be made under oil and gas leases pursuant to such act : S. 3346, to amend certain provisions of law relating to the leasing of oil and gas deposits of the United States, and for other purposes, May 6, 7, 8, and 10, 1974.
