His Maiesties message, to the kingdome of Scotland; : shewing that he hath given order for disbanding all his forces in both kingdoms, for recalling all commissions to any at sea, and that he is resolved to apply himselfe totally to the councels and advices of his Parliaments, for setling of truth and peace.
