Together with precedents or Forms of the Proceedings, on taking out and executing Commissions, also of Declarations, and Pleadings, in English, relating to this Subject, never before Printed. The Whole adapted to the Use of all Counsellors, Attornies, Merchants and Tradesmen. By a late commissioner of bankrupts.
