Brackenridge, one of the associate justices of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and a special jury, in which case , Messrs. Condy, Levy, Ingersol, and Tilghman, were of counsel for the plaintiff, and Hallowell, Rawle, and Lewis, were of counsel for the defendants /
