Review of the International Lending Supervision Act of 1983 : hearing before the Subcommittee on International Finance and Monetary Policy of the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, United States Senate, Ninety-ninth Congress, second session on the International Lending Supervision Act of 1983, in its attempt to promote bank safety and soundness through a strengthened country risk evaluation process, increased bank capital, enhanced disclosure of LDC lending, and special reserves for value impaired international debt. it also sought to reduce incentives for risky international lending by limiting windfalls from high fees charged in restructuring agreements, June 25, 1986.
